Real people. Real progress.
A studio that feels like yours.
Really feel safe and supported here at CS Reformery. Every instructor asks questions about existing injuries and will ensure I’m moving in the right way (correcting anything quickly). It’s important that they care about what you’re doing and not just about filling up spots.
Why CS Reformery?
Whether you've never touched a reformer or you're an experienced mover, our instructors are there to meet you where you are.
We believe mums deserve to move too. Our in-studio crèche means you can take time for yourself knowing your little ones are close by and cared for.
Step into a premium, welcoming space designed to help you move, reset and feel your best. From our thoughtfully designed studio to our reset lounge, every detail is about your experience.
